ThinkMarkets is seeking a talented and dynamic Client and Trading Services Executive with corporate experience and an interest in finance & banking to join our growing, fast-paced Melbourne office.

The Client & Trading Services Executive will be the primary liaison with clients in relation to queries and service-related issues. The successful candidate will maintain ThinkMarkets' service quality standards and ensure clients’ needs and queries are resolved quickly and efficiently.

The candidate will need to have excellent communication skills in English to deliver first class customer service and support to all client types including private clients, partners and institutions, the role is well suited to a passionate client services professional who is confident on the phone and Live Chat.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Respond to all customer services enquiries in a friendly, efficient and timely manner under Service Level Agreements;
  • Carry-out platform demonstrations with clients;
  • Investigate trade requests;
  • Liaise with other departments including trading, compliance and sales to investigate client queries;
  • Provide ongoing sales support;
  • Build strong working relationships with key business partners to help support and grow the reputation and success of the business;
  • Produce reports and Management Information (MI) for senior management.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Client Services and Account Management experience;
  • Pragmatic and flexible with a strong attention to detail;
  • Passion for financial market;
  • Strong analytical skills to use data/metrics for risk monitoring as well as good oral and written communication skills;
  • Excellent people and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including public holidays;
  • Team driven and results orientated;
  • Analytical mind-set as well as being able to plan and organise yourself;
  • Confident and proactive in communicating with people at all levels;
  • Ability to deal diplomatically with difficult & challenging clients;
  • Able to work in a time-sensitive environment with deadlines;
  • Exercises sound judgement and observes the highest degree of confidentiality.
