We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator, to be based out of London. This role will be a sole on-site administrator and will act as the main point of contact for Salesforce.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will develop the use of data to drive business performance and take the lead on business systems. You will be responsible for the day-to-day salesforce system administration including user management, basic configuration, identifying and troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents and fulfilling requests for change. You will also be required to provide hands-on configuration on the platform.

This position requires proven experience across Salesforce administration (certification is required).

The successful candidate must be able to work on multiple technical projects or portions at the same time, providing solutions that are usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable on the Salesforce platform.




  • Taking the lead on business systems – creating solutions to drive reliability and improve customer service;
  • Partner with other architects, vendors, partners, business and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into capability/platform roadmaps and work towards realizing the roadmaps;
  • Ensuring integrations are always working successfully and securely and working in harmony with the existing data model using Salesforce as the master database;
  • Responsible to contribute in design and implementation of Salesforce integrations to various systems, platforms, and data migration;
  • Leading the development of tools, processes and systems;
  • Developing solutions for data input and data integration;
  • related admin responsibilities such as system configuration and data manipulation;
  • Design the data migration strategy for projects involving data transfer or integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems;
  • Producing management information reports, identify and correct data anomalies, and manage all data integrations;
  • Working with stakeholders across the entire business, creating a culture of enthusiasm and commitment to world-class standards for data quality, reporting and analytics;
  • Driving continuous improvement through identifying opportunities for change and implementing best practice standards;
  • Ensuring that the entire business fully utilises its Business Intelligence solutions, making full use of technologies, processes, and applications;
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps and applications available from 3rd parties on the Salesforce AppExchange.




  • Salesforce Certified Administrator;
  • Degree in Information Technology or in a related field;
  • 4-5 years of hands on Salesforce administration experience;
  • Experience as a data professional, ideally from a Financial Services background;
  • Fluent in Lighting Flow, Process Builder, Work Flows
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Thorough experience of syntax formulas, validation rules, creating workflows, process builders and creating roles/profiles/users/objects/fields/tabs;
  • Experience building API integrations;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage time effectively;
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications such as Tableau, Pardot, Jira/Confluence, VOIP PBX systems (Cisco, 3CX)
  • Ability to work and interact with business users and other members of a geographically distributed team.

Desirable Knowledge and Skills:


  • Experience with Sales and Service Cloud implementations
  • Experience in migration from Classic to Lightning (Preferred)
