As a New Business Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking leads that will be allocated to you daily. These leads include subscribers to one of our trading guides, demo clients, or applicants for live trading accounts.
You will be answering incoming inquiries from prospects, educating them on our product offerings and supporting them on their journeys to becoming trading customers. This can take anywhere between a few minutes to a full month, so your organisational skills will be critical.
Once you are familiarised with and understand our company’s sales process and techniques, you will make outbound calls to initiate a dialogue with the prospects. You will be using open-ended questions in order to build deep understanding of clients’ needs and clear any potential roadblocks for them. You will be expected to outline the benefits of becoming a ThinkMarkets client, overcome any objections and alleviate any concerns that prospects may have before becoming a trading customer.
You will regularly liaise with our KYC and Compliance teams to eliminate any friction during the on-boarding process and to ensure that all applications are dealt with in line with the company’s processes and meet regulatory requirements. As a part of this process you may be asked to request additional documentation or information from clients.
To keep accurate record of client communications you will regularly update CRM entries and record all your sales activities.
Along with your regular KPIs (based on conversion rates and initial deposits), there will be set expectations as to minimum call time and number of outbound calls.
This is a demanding position that will play a key role in the company’s client acquisition strategy and your demeanour will strongly reflect our core values.
