ThinkMarkets is seeking a Partnership Sales Manager who will be responsible for proactively sourcing and developing strategic partner relationships to spearhead growth in key markets. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of generating business in the FX and CFD space and will have an existing book of transferable partnership clients. The role will suit a person who is most comfortable working on their own initiative and who can hit the ground running.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Work with the Head of Sales to create and execute a sales plan for partnership growth in key markets
  • Source and identify new business opportunities and develop them into revenue generating partners
  • Maintain, manage and extract value from existing partner relationships
  • Strengthening ties between partners and ThinkMarkets, assisting the firm in achieving long term business goals
  • Provide input into the day-to-day operations of the sales team & help implement reforms to the sales cycle & accompanying processes where warranted
  • Deliver high priority client service, by maintaining a strong focus on customer needs, to meet client and internal expectations which directly effects the customers perception of ThinkMarkets
  • Represent the company in key B2B and B2C events while assisting partners to expand their network
  • Proactively manage, report and mitigate risks from a commercial, trading and regulatory perspective

 

Requirements

 

  • Must have a proven track record of growing partnership business in the FX and CFD space
  • Must have an existing book of transferrable partnership business
  • Deep understanding of FX and CFD trading markets and compliance and regulatory landscape
  • Second language fluency preferred 
  • Experience in successfully engaging C-level stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to assess situations independently and act in the best interest of the firm
  • Strong understanding of competitor offerings and market trends in relation to White label, IB, affiliate and Tied agent relationships
  • An active team player with strong interpersonal attributes
  • Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
