We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and driven Content Manager seeking their next step up in the financial services sector.

Familiar and conversant with derivatives, the Content Manager will become the voice of ThinkMarkets and drive compelling and results-driven customer engagement.

You will possess a clear understanding of the nuances of tone of voice, how to engage retail, IB and affiliate audiences, and will lead creation of a wide range of on and off-line content - be it on-boarding, up and cross-selling, or retention-focused.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Produce thought leadership pieces for our audiences around the world
  • Deliver engaging email communications to drive ongoing and incremental adoption and maintain retention across multiple campaigns
  • Use underlying data to validate the tone of voice and the narrative structure, develop and test content for the website, and edit existing content ensuring it adheres to our brand guidelines and style guides
  • Write all the content for our campaigns, both at the campaign planning/development stage and the in-campaign optimisation stage. This is across all channels: SEO, PPC, Social, Mobile, Website, Display, Affiliates, Blogs, Email, PR, Print, Outdoor, TV, Radio, Awards, Events, Seminars, Promotions, Sponsorship, Video and Research
  • Manage translations across multiple languages with agencies, freelancers, and colleagues from different offices
  • Manage content production from idealisation to production stage
  • Help provide a fresh and creative outlook on campaigns and product releases
  • Produce ideas for marketing messages and taglines for new and existing products to find a different way to reach our audience.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Be passionate about building a data-driven communication strategy
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, English, Business or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years+ of solid copywriting experience within financial services, ideally in the derivatives and cash equities sector
  • Experience of uploading to and formatting web pages and blogs using one or more current content management systems (CMS)
  • Experience with a CRM platform a prerequisite; Salesforce and Pardot eCRM experience is desirable
  • Good knowledge of SEO and online marketing techniques

 

Preferred:

 

  • You have worked for a regulated broker or you are an active trader of financial markets yourself
  • Experience with SEO tools and an understanding of semantic core development and the value of SEO back linking
  • Experience working within a multicultural, international environment
